July 4th Mini-Session Examples {Dickinson, League City Child Photographer}

 I do understand how hard it is for mom's to get their family ready for pictures...And when getting the backdrop set for the first time, it is always a little bit of extra work for me. So to get my set ready AND my girls ready? Wow! I was worn out!! But it was worth it for some cute pictures of my girls :)

This is the basic theme that I'm working with but I will have a few extra tricks up my sleeve when it comes to the actual sessions ;)

Pardon the forced smiles.... *sigh* So much easier when they are not my own kids!
 Mr. Paisley Petals picked these flowers from our pasture....You never what what kind of props you will find with us!
 This girl has developed a case of what I will call "the dentist smile". She's always been a natural smiler for me so I was surprised that we had problems last night. I'm blaming it on our recent trip to the dentist where she was repeatedly told to smile (BIG). I was thrilled to see this next one when I sat down last night.
 We were trying to recreate a picture from 5 years ago with bubbles but the wind got the best of us...I'm crossing my fingers for less wind on session dates!
I always have bubbles with me to include in photos or just to play with little ones :) For the July 4th sessions I will be sure to also have all of my chalkboards handy along with the red wagon, piano and all of my chairs!

For booking info, see this post: July 4th Sessions.

July 4th Mini-Sessions

It's hard to believe that we are already in June and 4th of July Celebrations are just around the corner! I've been wanting to offer mini-sessions here at my house again using a similar set design as what I had for the Christmas mini-sessions. I'm so excited to offer you July 4th theme mini-sessions!

Here is the plan that I'm offering:
  • 25 minute session for up to 4 siblings
  • An online gallery of approximately 10 photos (amount will vary depending on number of siblings and participation level of children).
  • Four digital images with full printing rights and the option to purchase additional images/prints.
  • A custom printed CD with all images ordered (as well as all images from the gallery watermarked and sized for web viewing).
Payment information:
  • $40 session fee holds your spot and includes four digital images.
  • Payment accepted via PayPal or check. Payment must be received within 7 days or your time spot will be opened up.
  • Sorry, no refunds. I am flexible on dates so that we can reschedule due to weather, illness, etc. If you decide you no longer want the July 4th theme, you will receive a $40 credit toward a future session with me.
Dates/Times:
  • Sunday, June 24th
5:30 - Booked
6:00 - Booked
6:30 - Booked
7:00 - Booked

  • Friday, June 29th

Refer a friend and get a $5 refund from your booking this session or $5 credit toward a future session!

I am restructering my session and pricing information - expect the fees to increase and/or number of images to decrease in the fall. If you would like to book but can't make either date listed above, let me know and we'll see if we can work out a time that accommodates your schedule. I look forward to hearing from you! Beach Session Sneak Peeks {Friendswood Family Photographer}

A couple of sneaks from my beach session last night:

Mom stood with me at the trunk of my car and helped pick the props for our session. I love it when my clients love my trunk-o-props! ;) It's been a while since I've used the frame for this...so fun!

July 4th Theme Mini-sessions {Dickinson, TX Children and Family Photographer}

I am thinking of using this same stand for a July 4th theme display. Colors would be red & blue instead of red & green, and there will probably be a banner but something different :) Lots of ideas for props but can't invest in them until I know I will get enough bookings!

These would be 25 minute mini-sessions for kids only. Sessions would happen late June/early July, evening hours in Dickinson. Email me {paisleypetalsphotography@gmail.com} if you are interested and you will have first dibs on date/times if there is enough interest!
